Operative laparoscopic procedures: Hysterectomy (removal of uterus); Removal of endometriosis (including severe endometriosis involving bowel and bladder); Presacral neurectomy (nerve cutting procedure to relieve pelvic pain); Oophorectomy (removal of ovaries); Ovarian cystectomy (removing ovarian cysts); Lysis of adhesions (removing scar tissue within abdomen to reduce pain and improve fertility); Myomectomy (removal of fibroid tumors); Sacrocolpopexy (pelvic reconstruction for prolapse). - Robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery. - Operative hysteroscopy (removal of polyps, fibroids, uterine septum). - Endometrial ablation (non-invasive surgical treatment for heavy periods). - Obstetrical procedures.
